RETURNS POLICY


General Returns Policy

  • You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

  • We'll credit return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

  • Damaged Merchandise will require the customer to process a US Postal Service claim form prior to a refund being issued.

  • Refunds are given in the form of original payment minus the actual total shipping costs and restocking fees.

  • Please allow at least 2 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
